This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Zalobee. Zalobee is a QR code and label creation app that lets users create label content, preview label output, save local records, export label images, and use eligible paid features made available through the App Store.
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to the Zalobee mobile app, in-app legal pages, support communications, app service configuration, purchase-related processing, and related operational services. It does not control the privacy practices of Apple, the App Store, payment providers, websites opened from QR codes, or third-party destinations that operate under their own policies.
Information You Provide
You may enter QR content, URLs, contact details, label titles, notes, purpose labels, style selections, and other text needed to create a label. This content is used to generate, preview, save, and export the labels you choose to create. Some records may remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
If you contact us for help, we may receive the information you include in your message, such as your question, contact email address, device context, screenshots, or other details you choose to provide.
App, Device, and Technical Information
Zalobee may process technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the app. This may include app version, device model, operating system version, language and region settings, time zone, network status, device identifiers used by the app, session identifiers, purchase status, performance events, crash or error data, feature events, and basic device capability information such as whether camera or microphone hardware is available.
The app may use service configuration, logging, analytics, attribution, and fraud-prevention tools. Where permitted, this may include advertising or attribution identifiers, attribution campaign data, install or session events, and purchase events. If iOS requires permission for tracking, the app will use the system tracking permission flow.
Camera, Microphone, Photos, and Web-Based Features
Certain features may request access to the camera, microphone, or photo library when those permissions are needed for app functionality, media capture, media selection, voice-related features, or web-based features presented inside the app. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
Some app screens or service features may rely on secure remote content, web views, or service-hosted pages. Information processed through those features is handled to provide the requested function, maintain security, verify purchases, support communications, and operate the app.
How Information Is Used
- To create QR codes, render label previews, save drafts or label history, and export label images.
- To maintain app state, settings, local records, session identifiers, and coin balances.
- To process one-time App Store in-app purchases, confirm purchase status, and provide eligible paid features.
- To operate remote services, app configuration, diagnostics, logging, analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, and security checks.
- To respond to support, privacy, compliance, or safety requests.
Purchases and App Store Services
Purchases are processed by Apple or the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number. Zalobee may receive product identifiers, transaction status, receipt or purchase verification information, coin balance changes, and related records needed to provide purchased features and handle purchase support.
Service Providers and Disclosure
We may use service providers for hosting, app configuration, analytics, attribution, logging, crash review, fraud prevention, purchase verification, customer support, and security. These providers may process information for us under appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent misuse, or in connection with a business transfer.
Storage, Retention, and Security
Local drafts, saved labels, app settings, and coin balances may remain on your device until removed through app controls, device settings, or uninstalling the app. Operational, diagnostic, purchase, and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for app operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, accounting, or support purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No mobile app, network, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can choose what label content to enter, whether to save local records, whether to export or share generated files, and whether to allow device permissions. You may delete local app records where the app provides controls or by removing the app from your device. Children's Privacy
Zalobee is not directed to children under 13 or to any age group for which parental consent is required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the request.
International Processing
Depending on where you use Zalobee and where our providers operate, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps designed to protect information consistently with this Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, when legal requirements change, or when platform requirements call for revised language. The updated version will be posted in the app or through another reasonable notice method.
